Our Reiki 1 Workshop is a soothing, nurturing day where you will have a hands-on opportunity to experience the natural flow of your own Reiki healing energies. 

This first level of Reiki is for beginners. Reiki 1 fully activates the Reiki energy in your hands and gives you enough Reiki energy to use for your lifetime. Your new Reiki skills can be used at home to support your own daily health and wellbeing, as well as for family, friends and animals.

We begin the day learning the general principles and history of Reiki. Following this you will experience four attunements which will prepare you to practice and apply the techniques of Reiki 1 until you feel confident, capable and comfortable.
